Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  • ♡ 4 Medium carrots – grated (I used a Korean Carrot Grater)
  • ♡ 3 Tbls Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ♡ 1 ½ Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ♡ ½ tsp Salt or taste

Instructions

  • ♥ Place the grated carrots in a serving bowl
  • ♥ In a jar combine the vinegar, oil and salt. Put the lid on and shake to combine
  • ♥ Pour over carrots toss and serve
