30 Minute Cardio, Core & Strength Circuit
Shape-Up is a 7 station/exercise circuit. Each exercise is carefully chosen to give you a whole body workout in just 30 minutes!
The program runs for 10 weeks and you can join any time, because it is design to meet you at your current level of fitness.
The weekly workouts use scientific principles of functional training with a focus on:

|Epping Community Centre: 9 Oxford St, Epping||Tuesday and Thursday. 5.45 am, 6.30 am, 7.15 am & 8.00am.|
