How to stay on track and workout!


Each week I will send you an email explaining the new unlocked workout and other tips to help you stay on track with your fitness and get gym fit at home. Follow the steps below and you will easily live well with fitness!

Let’s get started on the “how to” get gym fit at home in 9 minutes!


Step 1:

Install a free Tabata timer on your phone and set it for 10 second start, 60 second work,  10 second rest, 9 intervals.

or use our 9 Minute workout timer. 

Step 2:

Download your 10 week exercise tracker and attach it somewhere visible to remind you of your workout progress.

Step 3:

Schedule your daily 9 minute morning workout in your diary and set a daily notification for 10 minutes prior to your scheduled workout time.

Step 4:

Download your workout (see below), read the exercise instructions, watch the demonstration videos and then PRINT your workout for the week. A hard copy makes the workout tangible and more likely to be done.

Step 5:

Workout on 5 consecutive days at your scheduled time. Each of the 3 exercises is done for 1 minute in a circuit format, and the circuit is repeated 3 times for the 9 minute workout.

Step 6:

Tick your tracker after you have completed your workout it will serve to motivate you over the week.
