At Home Workout 304
Three exercises as follows:
Each body weight exercise is done for 1 minute, the circuit is repeated 3 times.
Total exercise time is 9 minutes.

- Traveling Skip
- Basic traveling skip around the room
- Skip by executing a step-hop pattern of right-right-step to left-left-step,
- Use your arms to propel you off the floor and lighten your step.
- Skip free and easy for the minute.
- Lateral Bunny hops
- Make small jumps side to side as if you are jumping over an invisible line.
- Keep your legs as close together as possible, and swing your arms to help you jump.
- Sumo squats
- Stand with your feet in a wide stance, turn your toes out and lower yourself down by bending your knees.
- Once your thighs parallel the floor, rise back up steadily and repeat.
