Ingredients
- ♡ ½ Cup Self Raising Wholemeal Flour
- ♡ 1 Egg – Lightly Beaten
- ♡ 1 Teaspoon Cumin – Ground
- ♡ 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- ♡ 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika Powder
- ♡ 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ♡ 2 Carrots - Grated
- ♡ 1 Onion - Peeled And Finely Sliced
- ♡ 1 Tablespoon Cold Press Canola Oil
- ♡ To Serve: Yogurt And Cucumber Dip
Instructions
- ♥ Pre-heat oven to 200C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- ♥ In a medium bowl, combine flour, egg, cumin, garam masala, paprika, and salt. Stir, until it forms a smooth thick batter. If the mixture looks dry add a little cold water. But is should be a thick batter.
- ♥ Stir in the carrots and onions.
- ♥ Dollop 12-18 spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking tray, leaving enough space to flatten the bhajis with the back of a spoon.
- ♥ Drizzle over the oil and bake for 25 mins or until golden brown, flipping the bhajis halfway.
- ♥ Serve hot with yogurt and cucumber dip.
