Ingredients
- ♡ 2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ 1 Clove Garlic - Crushed
- ♡ 1 ½ Tsp Ground Cumin
- ♡ 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- ♡ 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika Powder
- ♡ 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- ♡ 1 Small Cauliflower Cut Into Florets
- ♡ 1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
- ♡ 1 Can Chickpeas
- ♡ 2 Tbls Mint Leaves - Finely Chopped
Instructions
- ♥ In a sauce pan heat oil, garlic and spices, and stir until aromatic, add cauliflower stir fry to coat.
- ♥ Add, tomatoes, stir and reduce heat cook for 5- 10 minutes until cauliflower is cooked but still firm.
- ♥ Add chickpeas and cook until heated through stir through mint and serve with steamed rice and green beans
