Ingredients
- ♡ Prepare polenta the day before click Polenta Base Recipe
- ♡ 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ♡ 10-12 sage leaves
- ♡ 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- ♥ The base recipe has the polenta cut in squares to avoid waste, in this recipe we cut the polenta in circles with a cookie cutter. Pat dry each polenta round
- ♥ Heat oil in a frypan over high heat. Fry polenta for 2-3 minutes each side until golden. Drain on paper towel. Keep warm.
- ♥ Add sage and butter to pan. Cook 1-2 minutes until butter starts to foam, then pour over polenta and serve.
