Getting motivated for exercise is hard work after New Year’s celebrations, therefore it’s important to acknowledge and respect your emotional self at this time.

In order to improve your fitness daily exercise is essential. If 9 minutes is too difficult to conceptualize today, then start with 3 minutes and only do the modifications, they are as follows:

  1. Side taps and raise your arms to the level you can.
  2.  Omit the the dumbbells and do alternating tap back
  3. Wall push ups

Using the modification to start your challenge is the best way to ensure you will succeed with your fitness resolution this year!
