Go NUTS!!!

In general nuts are a source of fat, fibre and protein. They are packed with many vitamins and minerals, including magnesium and vitamin E.

While nuts are high in fat, studies have shown nuts have little impact on gaining or losing weight. However, nuts have been shown to help prevent a number of chronic illnesses and improve the body’s immunity system. One study showed walnuts to have a greater capacity to fight free radicals than fish!
