Ingredients
- ♡ 32 Small button mushrooms
- ♡ 1 ½ Tbls lemon juice
- ♡ 1 Clove Garlic - Crushed
- ♡ 2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ ½ Tbls chopped fresh thyme leaves
- ♡ 8 Skewers (we used metal ones)
Instructions
- ♥ Trim mushrooms stems and wipe mushrooms with a clean damp to remove any grit or dirt
- ♥ Whisk together lemon juice, garlic, oil and thyme. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Pour over mushroom and marinate for up to 30 minutes.
- ♥ Thread 4 mushroom onto each skewer
- ♥ Heat a char grill, BBQ plate or grill pan over medium high heat.
- ♥ Cook skewers 3-4 minutes, turning frequently. Remove and cover to keep warm.
- ♥ Serve warm with a mixed leaf salad.
