Ingredients
- ♡ 2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ 6 Carrot (wash and grate)
- ♡ 1/4 tsp of cumin
- ♡ 1 glove garlic crushed
- ♡ 200g Greek yogurt
Instructions
- ♥ Heat oil in a pan, add carrots, cumin, garlic stir fry until carrots are soft, set aside to cool.
- ♥ Mix through the yogurt and serve with corn chips or celery sticks.
