Ingredients
- ♡ 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ 500g Baby Carrots – Trimmed, Washed and Scrubbed.
- ♡ 1 ½ Cups Frozen Baby Peas
- ♡ 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley – Finely Chopped.
Instructions
- ♥ Heat oil in a wok or large fry pan with a lid. Add Carrots and stir fry. Add 1 cup of water and reduce the heat and simmer until the carrots are almost tender.
- ♥ Add the frozen peas and gently stir fry, put the lid back and cook until the peas are heated through and cooked.
- ♥ Stir through the parsley and season to taste.
- ♥ Enjoy!
