Ingredients
- For Croutons
- ♡ 4 slices of bread – remove crust and cut into small squares
- ♡ 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- ♡ ½ tsp paprika
- ♡ ¼ cup parmesan cheese –grated
- For Salad:
- ♡ 2 cups of your favourite leafy green salad
- ♡ 6 cherry tomatoes – cut in half
- ♡ ½ Cup of homemade croutons
- ♡ 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- For croutons:
- ♥ Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- ♥ Combine bread, oil, paprika and cheese in a bowl, gently mix.
- ♥ Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the coated bread on the tray.
- ♥ Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy.
- For the salad:
- ♥ Wash the leafy greens, and use a salad spinner to dry the salad greens of water. Place in a serving bowl.
- ♥ Top the salad with tomatoes and croutons drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- ♥ Enjoy!
