Ingredients
- ♡ 250g Penne pasta under cooked and drained, set aside
- ♡ 3 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ 3 bunches (600g) Asparagus, chopped
- ♡ 2 punnets (500g) cherry tomatoes, halved
- ♡ 2 tsp Oregano
Instructions
- ♥ Heat oil in a flame proof casserole dish
- ♥ Add Asparagus stir fry until coloured
- ♥ Add cherry tomatoes and oregano stir fry 1 – 2 minutes until golden
- ♥ Stir through pasta, add a little water if too dry, stir fry until heated through, season with salt and peper
- ♥ Serve with garden salad
