Ingredients
- ♡ 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ♡ 1 Onion – Finely Sliced
- ♡ 300g Button Mushrooms – Cleaned and Sliced
- ♡ 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ♡ 1 Tablespoon Parsley – Finely Chopped
- ♡ Season to taste with Salt and Pepper
- ♡ To Serve: Sourdough Toast
Instructions
- ♥ Heat oil in a fry pan or skillet add onion for stir fry for 2 minutes, then add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
- ♥ When the mushrooms start to release their liquid, stir fry another 2 minutes and then add Worcestershire sauce and cook another 2- 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is cooked out and the mushrooms are tender.
- ♥ Stir through the parsley and season to taste.
- ♥ Serve with sourdough toast and enjoy!
