Yogurt and Cucumber Dip

Yield: 2-3

Ingredients

  • ♡ 1 Cucumber – washed and grated with skin on
  • ♡ 1 cup thick Greek plain yogurt
  • ♡ 1-2 Tbls lemon juice (depending on your taste)

Instructions

  • ♥ Squeeze as much of the water from the cucumber as you can, then place it in a mixing bowl.
  • ♥ Mix the yogurt and lemon juice into the grated cucumber and season to taste.
  • ♥ serve with pita bread, crackers, vegetable sticks as a tasty snack.
  • Enjoy!
