Ingredients
- ♡ 2 Large Zucchini
- ♡ 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- ♡ ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ♡ 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ♡ 1 Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
- ♡ 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- ♡ 2 Eggs
Instructions
- ♥ Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
- ♥ Cut zucchini into batons and set aside.
- ♥ In a large bowl combine bread crumbs, parmesan, salt, pepper, paprika.
- ♥ Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl or dish.
- ♥ Dip zucchini in eggs, coating evenly, and then toss in bread crumb mixture.
- ♥ Place on the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, turn about half way through.
- ♥ Enjoy with your favourite yoghurt dip!
