My most asked question is “What is the best exercise for improving fitness.” The answer isn’t always well received because the best exercise is the one you do on repeat.
Take for example walking; it is often hailed as optimal exercise and it is, providing it is repeated with intention and can be counted. That is walking at a certain time, for a certain duration, at a certain pace.
The concept of exercise for fitness is “certainty” and when we count our exercise repetitions our future fitness is also certain.
