Diet and exercise have for weight management been partnered for too long and it’s time to uncouple this toxic relationship!!

It’s impossible to out run an unhealthy diet and people will continue to failed to achieve their long term healthy weight with this strategy.  Endless yo-yoing of diet and exercise brings a learned helplessness and a certain “know it all” attitude that prevents moving towards sustainable weight management.

Weight management is not about “knowing” what we should do – it is doing what’s necessary for the body’s well-being.  

Exercise works with the body giving it the necessary skills to enjoy food and an active lifestyle. It is in nourishing the body with wholefood that makes weight management possible.

Covid pandemic may have restricted our ideal choices for exercise, but we are still able to exercise in our home.

We don’t need to have that extra “treat” or indulge in the comfort of foods that are unnecessary for our body to maintain its health.

Therefore when your “know it all” becomes a barrier to long term health then you need someone to hold you accountable to what you know and ensure it’s what you do!
