
Ingredients
- ♡ Any salad vegetables can be used. We used: Blonde cucumber, pickled green beans, finely sliced butter lettuce, finely sliced cabbage, sweet red pepper.
- DRESSING:
- ♡ 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ♡ 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ♡ 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- ♡ 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
- ♡ 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ♡ 1 garlic clove – crushed (optional)
Instructions
- ♥ Arrange the salad vegetables on a serving plate and drizzle with dressing.
- DRESSING
- ♥ In a jar with a lid, mix all the dressing ingredients put on the lid and shake to combine.
- Enjoy!
